Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE. Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries in the GCC region. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status using the order tracking form in the footer of our website.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
